Splits Clinic: Getting Flat Splits Workshop Recording

$25.00

Weren’t able to sign up for the live online “Splits Clinic” workshop on Jan 23? You can still sign up for a copy of the recording!

Who this workshop recording is for:

Flexy practitioners who’ve been working on front splits for a while but can’t quite seem to close the last couple of inches to the floor - this class is for you! Recommended for students who are 4 inches or closer to the ground in their front splits.

For students who are farther away from the ground in their splits, check out the Starting Front Splits recording instead!

What you’ll learn:

  • The importance of active flexibility when training splits

  • Active flexibility drills to stretch and strengthen your hamstrings and hip flexors at their end range of motion to help your body relax into flat split

  • A full 50-minute stretching routine you can follow-along to keep working on your splits progress

Suggested props for this recording:

  • Blocks (or something you can prop up your feet on, like a small stack of books or a foam roller)

  • Strap (yoga strap, theraband, scarf, or even a pair of leggings can work as a strap)

Note: Because of Squarespace’s file size limitations (which is what I use for this wonderful website!), upon purchase you will receive a PDF with a link to the recording. You can either stream the recording online, or download to your phone or PC for a higher-quality viewing experience.
