“Amazing middle oversplit workshop! I do Dani’s workshops through recorded videos. The warm up includes a lot of dynamic and active stretches where the glutes, outer hips, and adductors are being fired. Internal and external rotation of the hips is also included to help warm up those stabilizer muscles. The conditioning part includes exercises for adductors and glutes. They’re very difficult and really fire up the muscles. All of the rest includes a lot of stretches like dynamic, active, isometric, static, and PNF. For each exercise, Dani tells us ways to make it easier or harder. There was work with a pelvic tilt and how to engage different muscles in the middle splits. Block placement is also explained very well. At the end, Dani even includes an exercise to cool down from all the stretching. Overall, I give this workshop a 10/10! I know how to do exercises correctly, engage muscles, and how to do everything safely. I started off with a regular middle split and now i’m working on with 2 yoga blocks on each side! If I keep this up, I can go all the way to the ground with time. Also, I’ve noticed huge progress in the exercises as well and feel more comfortable now. I also really loved the square your front splits workshop. I very much recommend buying this workshop, since it’s so amazing! She’s an amazing contortionist trainer and really knows a lot.
