PERSONALIZED FLEXIBILITY COACHING

Online Private Lessons

Get one-on-one personalized attention in an online private to help you achieve your flexibility goals. Private lessons can focus on:

  • Assessing your current flexibility

  • Putting together a training plan tailored to your flexibility goals (ex. getting flat splits, being able to touch your toes)

  • Working on discipline-specific skillwork (ex. contortion poses, handbalancing, pole dance, specific yoga asanas)

Online privates can be booked for 30 or 60 minutes. 30 minutes are great if you have a very specific question/topic (ex. “being able to touch my toes”). 60 minute sessions are better if you would like to work on a larger range of flexibility (ex. hip flexibility in general, back flexibility in general), conducting a flexibility assessment, or putting together a follow-along training routine for specific goals (ex. front and middle splits, backbending, contortion training, etc.). Not sure if you should book 30 or 60 min? Just shoot me a note and we can talk about what’s realistic to accomplish in a half hour vs. an hour.

Good for 120 min of private lessons (broken into 30 or 60-min sessions)

Private lesson credits are valid for 120 days from date of purchase

All private lessons include a copy of the Zoom lesson recording, so students can re-review the lesson and continue to practice the drills we covered togetherduring the session.

Want a written training plan that includes more recommended drills (with videos!) tailored to your body and goals? You can add a “Training Write Up” to any appointment for an additional $50. This write up is good for up to an hour’s worth of training routine (ex. two 30-minute routines, or one 60-minute training routines).
