Chicken Wing Elbow Circles

This variation of arm circles adds a very minor tricep stretch to the exercise. I usually do a couple of these in addition to some other arm/shoulder circle exercises as part of my shoulder warm up.

How To

Step 1

Bend your elbows and place your fingertips on the tops of your shoulders (if you canโ€™t touch your shoulders with your fingers, thatโ€™s OK, just keep them reaching towards your shoulders the whole time).

Step 2

Circle your elbows forwards while keeping your fingertips on (or reaching towards) your shoulders 5 times, then switch directions for another 5 circles.
